All orders placed in the UK are free delivery. We ship all orders with DPD, you can track your parcel by using your provided tracking number.

For international orders we have to charge for shipping. We ship all orders with Parcel2go.

 

Delivery times:

DPD: 1-3 working days

International orders: 3-5 working days.

 

*Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. The Wardrobe Workshop cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.

 

During the order process we will provide you with a delivery date. It is your responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier if you are unavailable to receive the products on the delivery date at no additional cost to us. In certain circumstances if the first delivery attempt to your specified address in the UK fails, you may be notified by DPD that your order is available to collect from your local Depot Access Point location. Please follow the instructions on the card provided by DPD and contact customercare@the-wardrobe-workshop.com if you require further information.

Please allow additional time for personalised or monogrammed items. An estimated delivery time for your order will be available to view in checkout.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
